Admission Policy
Admission Overview
Nurturing your child's future is a decision of paramount significance. Hence, at DBA, we are dedicated to streamline the admission process. Admittance to DBA is extended to students of all nationalities throughout the academic year, subject to seat availability and MOE(Ministry Of Education) endorsement.
Admission Criteria
Age Criteria:
We welcome applications for admission in accordance with the following age criteria, based on the age as of June 1st:
- Pre-Primary (PG) : Children below 3 years
- Nursery : Children aged 3 years and above
- Lower Kindergarten (LKG) : Children aged 4 years and above
- Upper Kindergarten (UKG) : Children aged 5 years and above
- Class 1 : Children aged 6 years and above
We are committed to providing a strong foundation for your child’s educational journey.
Academic Year: The academic year extends from June to April. However, depending on the vacancy, admissions are open for the 2nd semester (October to March) as well.
Eligibility:
- Admission is done as per availability of seats and on a first come, first served basis.
- The optimum age of child for the respective standard is considered in which admission is sought.
- Before affirming the admission, an interaction of child & parents with the Principal is required.
Availability of Admission Forms: The admission forms for all the standards are available at the school help desk as well as the Prospective parents can also fill-up an ENQUIRY FORM from the website or offline from school campus.
We follow N.C.E.R.T. PATTERN and we have CBSE BOARD.
Admission Procedure
ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR Pre-PRIMARY, GRADE I TO VIII
Fill Admission Form in the Campus.
Attend Counseling in the Campus

Confirmation of Admission by DBA
Registration of Admission by DBA
It will be the personal responsibility of the parent to inform the school in writing if the student is undergoing any medical ailment/ medical treatment/allergies etc… at the time of registration.
Admission to any class depends on the vacancy existing in the respective class.
Admission test can be followed by an interview for specific cases before the candidate is selected.
On the day of admission, the following documents have to be provided.
Copy of Birth certificate.
Copy of Aadhar Card.
Transfer certificate/ Leaving Certificate of previous school.
Copy of Caste Certificate.
Copy of Report card of the previous class.
Four passport size photos of the student.
One passport size photo of each parent.
Student's Certificate if any special achievement.
It is mandatory to bring a countersigned document given by the education authority in the case of the admissions from outside the State or Country.
Congratulations! Your child is in DBA ! Admission will be granted to the eligible candidates as per the availability of the seats in the required grade. Preference will be given to siblings of the existing students provided there is a vacancy.
